Andrew Nice, the BRT BUS Driver that alleged killed Oluwabamise Ayanwola, has been arraigned at the Yaba Magistrate Court in Lagos, today.
Chief Magistrate O. I. Salawu ordered that Nice Andrew Omininikirin, should be remanded in police custody for 30 days.
Case adjourned till April 11, 2022
Magistrate O.A. Salawu held that Ominnikoron was remanded pending legal advice from the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution.
The defendant is charged with conspiracy, murder, rape and misconduct.
