Prince Donatus Okonkwo, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has congratulated Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for emerging as the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Prince Okonkwo told Umunna TV that though he practices politics without bitterness, hence his congratulatory message to the former Vice President, his party APC will win the 2023 Presidential election.
