Popular Nigerian Comedian and Skit Maker, Chukwuemeka Emmanuel popularly referred to as Oga Sabinus has threatened to sue popular brand, Peak Milk over the alleged usage of his trademarked phrase, “Something hooge“.
He also threatened legal action against Gala with N100Million for using his cartoon like image to make adverts and promotions without his permission.
