“After the post-convention meeting yesterday between the Progressive Governors and President Muhammadu Buhari, I had a private official discussion with Mr President over State matters and sundry issues.
Prominent on our discussion was the recorded achievements, so far, on the security situation in our dear State and my continual appeal for Federal Government’s intervention in some infrastructural projects within the State.
Mr President expressed happiness over the restoration of peace within the State while praying for its sustenance. He also, reassured of Federal Government’s partnership with the State as we explore our potentials for development.
Our avowed commitment to the transformation and security of Imo State remains active and on course”.
