A staunch supporter of Peter Obi’s presidential ambition has advised the LP candidate to pick a woman as his running mate in the 2023 general elections, and end the merger talks with the NNPP presidential candidate, Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
Smart Madu Ajaja, who boasted that with a woman as Obi’s running mate, LP will win the presidential election round and square for Nigerian people, claimed to know a Nigerian woman, “down-to-earth … of character with a vast network of women across Nigeria” that can work with Obi with honesty.
“Kwankwaso sees you as an Igbo man and so, a junior Nigerian who ought to work under him according to the dictates of the skewed but now shattering Nigerian system”
He however declined making the name of the woman public for security reasons.
Ajaja regretted that those in leadership positions still see Nigeria as personal inheritance, to the exclusion of the rest of Nigerians.
