We are in a grave, dangerous situation in Nigeria. Terrorists are seeking to overrun our country and turn it to Afghanistan.There is no accountability, whether for terrorists or corrupt bureaucrats or politicians. The state is so weak.This strengthens both corruption and terrorists.
Nigeria needs a leadership that is well beyond “holding office”. Nigeria needs a visionary, transformative leader. That’s the only thing that will bring us back from the brink and propel progress. But it’s the people who elect. May we get it right someday.
