It can only happen in Aba.
People just come to Aba and behave anyhow they like.
How can a sensible man build soakaway pit on a public road? What will happen to this man if he builds this in his compound?
I saw a similar thing somewhere in Ogborhill yesterday.
Why are some Aba residents behaving like people without brains?
Things like this just needs to stop.
If other supervisory councilors on health and works in urban LGAs are doing this kind of thing Tochukwu Ogbuagu Toengine is doing, there would have been a bit of sanity in this Aba town.
