Rev. Fr. Prof. Emmanuel C. Umezinwa has been appointed the pioneer Acting Vice Chancellor of Peter University, Achina, by the proprietors of the institution. The appointment letter was handed to him by the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Rev. Dr. Paulinus C. Ezeokafor, today at the Bishop’s office.
