Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State, might be anything to different people, but he, definitely, is a smart politician. His appearance on Channels TV this evening was quite impressive. In fact, his last response to Segun, the host of Channels TV Politics Today, was superb. There cannot be a better answer to such a tricky question.
Contrary to what many people would say about Hope Uzodimma, he appeared a lot more articulate and mentally organised. His defense of his party the APC, was measured and reasonable. Showing zero arrogance, or over confidence. On Peter Obi, he smartly avoided any kind of confrontation and in fact said he has no intention to confront Peter Obi. Focusing on his party and insisting that they have good grounds which shall be unveiled when the campaign starts.
Although Onitsha-Enugu Road has not been fully constructed, same as Onitsha-Owerri Road. But some work has gone on, or going on at some point along the routes.
It was an impressive outing for him and I am forced to have a rethink of the person of Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State.
