The Osisioma flyover which was built by the government of Abia State under Governor Okezie Ikpeazu is Ready, but it has been the butt of many jokes.
Controversy trailed its delayed completion prompting the Governor to lash out at his critics when confronted about it in a live radio interview. “Eji ukwu enyu flyover?”, Governor Ikpeazu had retorted, angrily, meaning, “Those asking about the flyovers who have no cars, are you going to scale the flyover with your legs?”.
People criticised him for making such a demeaning remark.
