Following the just concluded Nigeria’s general election on 25th February, the Labour Party and her presidential candidate, Peter Obi sued the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), APC and Bola Ahmed Tinubu to court on 3rd March, 2023.
This new development was after the Labour party discovered that the election results that lead to the winning of Bola Tinubu were manipulated by the INEC.
